How good are the open source ESBs that are currently available? From an integration standpoint, is there any key functionality you feel they're lacking?

EXPERT RESPONSE
The open source ESB guys, such as Mule source and IONA, are good options when considering ESBs, especially if cost is an issue. However, like any SOA technology you need to prove that the technology works with your particular requirements. Testing is the best way to do that.
